The tour begins with the famed Skyview Bar. Located on the 27th floor of the hotel, it offers unparalleled views of the man-made islands and the Palm Jumeirah. But for many people, the luxurious setting will take a back seat to the menu, which features light snacks, afternoon tea and an innovative drinks list that feature inventive cocktails.

Al Iwan - Located in the hotel atrium, guests can enjoy a lavish Arabian buffet while enjoying spectacular views of the sea during the day and a romantic and mysterious candlelit atmosphere at night.
Al Muntaha - This restaurant lives up to its name, which is Arabic for “the ultimate”. Located on the 27th floor, the Al Muntaha serves contemporary European cuisine a la carte while diners can enjoy breathtaking views while they eat.
